Booth and Vendor Details
Here are details for information tables and vendor booths on July 3rd.
Vendors
The Promenade adjacent to Jones Lawn has been secured at cost to us in order to keep the green free of vendor tables. There are tents on both sides of the promenade that we are renting space for during the event. This is labeled the “Andrea and Bill White” Promenade on this map . Can also be seen in this Picture.
Anyone wishing to sell something or describes themselves as a “political party” must pay for booth space and set up in this area.
Space is limited to 2 Apparel Vendors and 2 Food Vendors. Anyone wishing to sell Food must secure Health Permit themselves.
Space for half tents costs $250. Space for whole tents is $500. Additionally, Discovery green gets 10% of all sales.
Booths
Tables will be set up under the trees on the south side of Jones Lawn for information booths.
If any grassroots organization wishes to distribute Material, information, and literature, it will be here.
Cost for a table is $50.
Payment for space must be made before event.
