To participate, all you have to do is purchase black ribbons, fabric, trash bags etc., and from now until the end of the Independence Day weekend, tie them to every light pole, street sign, public utility pole, car antenna that you can, especially things that use power. Targeting areas around heavily trafficked public buildings is best. The black ribbons will spring up all over town almost overnight, and cause people to ask questions.
This will have the potential to spark a hundred thousand conversations about what the Congress is trying to do to us, and why we can’t let the Senate pass it as well.

If this Bill passes the Senate it will virtually abrogate personal property rights in the U.S. because the value and therefore the sales price of the property will be decided by Commissar Waxman’s and Comrade Pelosi’s Climate Police disguised as property appraisers. The Bill nationalises all building codes, sets national standards for property appraisers and provides money to train appraisers in the “right” way to make appraisals in line with Washingtons regulations.
Furthermore, to emphasise that your house belongs to the government and not to you, any alterations or improvements will have to be approved by inspectors using federal standards to ensure compliance with the carbon – cap regulations. Such regulations will also override any deed restrictions,HOA bye laws ,covenants etc.

This Bill should be the central issue of the 2010 mid term elections and the subject of Tea Parties all over the country. Please make sure that all the home owners in your subdivision know what is in this property nationalisation bill.
Congress should be locked up for treason against the American people. This is insanity. The earth is cooling, CO2 is plant food, and Obama wants to tax and regulate every aspect of your lives all under the guise of a non-existant “climate change”.
I think the black ribbon campaign should extend until the Senate vote. Get the word out!
We must stop that Cap and Trade bill. U think finding a job is tought now just wait when that rip off CAP AND TRADE IS PAST. I know how hard it is find a job it will be a lot worse if the chosen one gets his way. And the gasoline prices will be 5 a gallon and try to buy some bread and it will cose 10 dollars a loaf.
The Goracle needs to shut his pie hole, it’s all a bunch of crap just to relieve the working people of this country of there hard earned dollars. Gore has a vested interest to see Cap and Trade pass, it will make millions of dollars for hum and all his cronies, including our so called president Barky Obama
